Mobile plan for minors

Subscription for minors:

Minors cannot take out their own subscription. An adult (e.g. a parent) can add a minor to their account as a “Family+Friends” member and take out a subscription for them.

If the adult already has a Galaxus Mobile account:

• In the cockpit, select “Add now” → “Person under 18” and register via the invitation link or directly on the spot

If the adult doesn't yet have an account:

1. Create a new account. Register
2. Order a subscription on the Galaxus Mobile website (this will be canceled later and will not generate any costs)
3. During the ordering process, indicate that a physical SIM card is desired
4. The adult must upload ID/passport and a selfie

After registration, the adult will receive the SIM card for the minor child.

Note:

Activate the SIM card to start a subscription.
For company discounts: Select “Approve cockpit” in the cockpit of the adult.
