SIM cards from Galaxus Mobile (physical SIM cards and E-SIMs) are not intended for use in routers. This applies both to the main SIM card and to multi-SIM cards. We cannot guarantee the operation of our SIM cards in routers. Our customer service cannot provide assistance with router-related problems.
Alternatively, a hotspot can be created using a smartphone, tablet or notebook.
