There are two ways to get to your voicemail settings: in your Cockpit, go to «Settings» and click on «Data and services». There, you can enable or disable voicemail.
Alternatively, you can call +41 76 333 33 33 from your smartphone and press 9 to get to the menu. You then have the following settings options:
- Change greeting (press 1)
- Delete message (press 2)
- Voicemail password (press 4)
- Language selection (press 5)
- Caller information (press 6)
- More information (press 0)
Other setting options are:
- Voicemail
- Enable: *145# call key
- Disable voicemail: #145# call key
- Redirect to voicemail
- Enable: *21* 086 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx #
- Disable: #21#
- Listen to voicemail: call your voicemail at 076 333 33 33 or 086 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx
- Call Waiting:
- Switch on: *43# Call key
- Switch off: #43# Call key
