How do I log into Galaxus TV?
- Set a Password
Before you can log into Galaxus TV, you first need to create a TV password in your Galaxus customer account. This password is only required for logging into the Galaxus TV app.
Here’s how to set your password:
- Log into your Cockpit
- Go to Settings
- Create a TV password and save it
- Download the Galaxus TV App
Download the Galaxus TV app on your preferred device. Here are the options:
- Smartphone & Tablet: App Store für iOS and Google Play Store für Android
- Apple TV & Android TV: Search for the Galaxus TV app directly in your TV device's App Store
- Web Browser: Visit tv.galaxus.ch to use the app
- Start Streaming
Watch your favorite shows, whether at home or on the go.

To download the Galaxus TV app, you’ll need an account on the respective platform:
