Valid promotional vouchers that have already been redeemed were transferred to Galaxus Mobile, provided they came with a price advantage.
Examples of digitec connect national data flat rate vouchers
- Flat rate 20.–/month promotion: voucher is no longer valid as the new price of Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited is lower at CHF 19.–/month.
- Flat 18.–/month promotion: voucher continues to be valid as the new price of Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited is higher at CHF 19.–/month.
Examples of digitec connect base fee vouchers
- Base fee CHF 15.–/month promotion: voucher is no longer valid as the new price of Galaxus Mobile Basic is lower at CHF 14.–/month. The digitec connect base fee voucher isn’t valid for Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited, as the Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited service isn’t the same as the one provided by the digitec connect base fee.
- Base fee CHF 0.–/month promotion (free months): voucher continues to be valid for Galaxus Mobile Basic. As a gesture of goodwill, it also continues to be valid for Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited, even though this plan offers more.
digitec connect vouchers that haven’t been redeemed yet and come with a price advantage can also still be entered in the Cockpit until 31.12.2023.
