We don’t do minimum contract periods. In the first month, you can cancel any day you like with immediate effect. After the first month, you can cancel at the end of each subsequent month.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan directly from your Galaxus Mobile Cockpit. Simply go to «Settings» and «Galaxus Mobile plan».
- Select yourself in the sidebar and scroll to the settings
- Click on "End Subscription" under "Galaxus Mobile Plan."
- Click on "Terminate."
- Check if the correct phone number for termination is displayed.
- Tick the box to confirm that you agree with the termination and choose "End Subscription."
Please note: If you want to switch to another provider, you cancel your Galaxus Mobile plan through your new provider.
What happens to Family + Friends?
If the account administrator wants to cancel their plan, there are two options: one of the members can become the new account administrator, or each member can receive a separate Galaxus Mobile account. Remaining members will continue to benefit from the Family + Friends advantages according to the number of members.
Can I pause my plan?
Unfortunately, pausing your plan is currently not possible.
However, you can switch to a prepaid plan with another provider and take your phone number with you. Once you feel like getting a plan again, simply re-register with us and transfer your phone number back to Galaxus Mobile.
