How can I switch to Galaxus Internet?

To switch to Galaxus Internet, you need a customer account with digitec or Galaxus. If you do not yet have a corresponding customer account, you can create one in a few steps:

• Registration as a private customer

In four steps to Galaxus Internet

1. Registration with Galaxus Internet: Provide your payment method and a photo of your ID
2. Confirm OTO ID in the cockpit
3. Receive the router by mail
4. Connect the router on the start date

Please note that you must cancel your current internet provider yourself.

Activation costs

An activation fee of CHF 79.- applies. This includes the setup of the connection and router costs.
