How can I switch to Galaxus Internet?

To switch to Galaxus Internet, you need a customer account with digitec or Galaxus. If you do not yet have a corresponding customer account, you can create one in a few steps:

• Registration as a private customer

1. Registration with Galaxus Internet: Provide your payment method
2. Confirm OTO ID in the cockpit
3. Receive the router by mail
4. Connect the router on the start date

In three steps to Galaxus Internet on the cable network

1. Registration with Galaxus Internet: Provide your payment method
2. Receive the router by mail
3. Connect the router on the start date

Please note that you must cancel your current internet provider yourself.

An activation fee of CHF 79.- applies. This includes the setup of the connection and router costs.
