The key steps at a glance:
Step 1 – Install the eSIM
You can install your eSIM before or during your trip. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. You have three options:
- Quick install: Tap the «Quick install» button in the email or in your Cockpit.
- With a QR code: Scan the QR code with the device on which you want to use the eSIM.
- Manually: If you don't have a second device to scan, you can also install the eSIM manually.
Step 2 – Activate the eSIM
As soon as you arrive at your destination, turn on Data Roaming for your Galaxus Travel eSIM. From that moment, your data package starts running. Here's how:
- Open the settings on your device.
- Select your Galaxus Travel eSIM.
- Turn on Data Roaming.
Done – now you're ready to get online abroad.
