Have you received your activation e-mail?
Your activation e-mail confirms that your connection’s been activated and that you’re free to start setting up your Galaxus Internet router.
If you did not receive the email, please contact our customer service via our Help Center.
Found a suitable spot?
It’s a good idea to position your Galaxus Internet router somewhere central. That way, you’ll get the best possible reception regardless of which room you’re in. Avoid unsuitable spots such as the inside of cupboards or similar pieces of furniture.

Get started
1. Switch on your Galaxus Internet router
Connect your Galaxus Internet router to the power supply and switch it on.
2. Connect it to the fibre-optic socket
Go to the fibre-optic socket (OTO socket) port specified in your activation e-mail and open the flap. After that, remove the protective caps from each end of the fibre cable. Insert one end into the specified port and the other into your router.
3. Scan the code and start surfing
Once all the displayed symbols light up, you can start surfing. This process usually takes five minutes, but can take up to 30 minutes in exceptional cases. You can easily connect all your mobile devices by scanning the QR code on the Wi-Fi card provided.
