Have you received your activation e-mail?
Your activation e-mail confirms that your connection’s been activated and that you’re free to start setting up your Galaxus Connect Box.
If you haven’t received an e-mail, please contact our customer service team at abos@galaxus.ch.
Found a suitable spot?
It’s a good idea to position your Galaxus Internet router somewhere central. That way, you’ll get the best possible reception regardless of which room you’re in. The signal is emitted from the upper front part of the box. Avoid unsuitable spots such as the inside of cupboards or enclosed furniture.

Get started
1. Connect the Galaxus Connect Cable
Connect the supplied cable A or B to the wall socket and your Galaxus Connect Box.
2. Plug in the power adapter
Next, plug in the power adapter – the box will start automatically.
3. The LED lights up continuously once the box is set up.
The configuration of your internet connection can take up to 30 minutes. Once the LED on the front lights up, the box is ready to use.
That can take up to 30 minutes.
4. Connect to the Internet
Connect your devices either via Wi-Fi (the name and password can be found on the underside of the box) or directly using the supplied LAN cable.
