If you receive a new router from us or have canceled your Internet subscription, you will be asked to return your router to us. We will send you a return label by email, which you can use to return the router to us free of charge.
If the router is not returned to us, you will be charged a fee of 90 CHF
Important: The router cannot be returned to our stores. Please be sure to use the return label provided by us.
