You can activate MultiSIM on up to four additional devices to use the same phone number on all of them.
But anyone calling or texting you can only reach you on one device. If you want to change which device they can reach you on, you must activate the device. Use the following GSM codes:
- To activate a phone directly, dial *100#
- To activate a phone remotely, dial *100*phone number#
- To find out which phone is active, dial *101#
- To find out the number of the phone, dial *103#
Please note: the MultiSIM call functions for this SIM card will be partially deactivated if you add a further mobile phone to your combination of primary smartphone and smartwatch. This is because the smartwatch requires special multi-call functions in the network that are unavailable on smartphones. For a solution to this problem, please contact our customer service.
