The Galaxus Mobile app takes care of canceling your current contract with your provider. Since prepaid numbers are not a monthly subscription, an additional confirmation is required.
After our SIM card has been activated, the porting will start. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an SMS and an email from us asking you to confirm the porting.
To do so, send a text message with “YES” to 499. This SMS is free of charge.
You will then be informed of the exact porting date in the next few days. In the meantime, your prepaid card will continue to work.
