If you’re not keeping your old mobile number, your SIM card will be ready to use as soon as you activate it. Your SIM card will be delivered by post within 2 working days after registration.
Existing number
If you’re keeping your current number, we’ll transfer your old number to Galaxus Mobile. You’ll get an e-mail with the exact date and time.
