To switch to Galaxus Mobile, you need a customer account at digitec or Galaxus. If you don’t have a customer account, you can create one in just a few steps:
Three simple steps to get Galaxus Mobile
- Register for Galaxus Mobile: choose your payment option and your ID.
- You’ll receive your SIM card by post. Activate it in your Cockpit.
- On the start date of your plan, insert the SIM card into your device.
Please note that you can only cancel your contract with your current provider after the SIM card has been activated in the cockpit.

Switching fees
Switching to Galaxus Mobile is free of charge. There’s no activation fee.
If you terminate your contract with your current provider before the minimum contract period is up, you may be charged a contract cancellation fee. Check directly with your provider how high the contract cancellation fee is.
