If you change your device, first delete the eSIM on the old device – you can do this easily in the settings. Then reinstall it on the new device: simply follow the same installation process we explained in the initial installation email. Alternatively, you can check the installation guide in your Cockpit.
Tip: only delete the eSIM once you're sure you no longer need it on the old device.
